Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Each mug is made-to-order.
Please allow 1–7 business days for production.

Shipping takes:

  • U.S.: 2–8 business days

Delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules and seasonal volume.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each product is created specially for you, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, sizing, color, or ordering mistakes.

We do, however, replace items that arrive damaged or misprinted.


What if my mug arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us at info@kingdommugs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement promptly at no cost.


What if I received the wrong item?

If you receive the incorrect item, simply email us within 7 days from your delivery date with your order number and we will send a replacement promptly. The replacement will be at no charge to you. 


What if my package says “delivered” but I can’t find it?

Once an order is marked delivered, we are unable to replace missing packages.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted, as production begins immediately.
Please review your cart carefully before checking out.


Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, all Kingdom Mugs products are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and designed for everyday durability.


Will the color look exactly like the photo?

Due to lighting, screen differences, and print placement variations, slight differences may occur.
