At Kingdom Mugs, we take great care to ensure that your faith-inspired drinkware arrives beautifully crafted, thoughtfully packaged, and delivered with reliability. Our shipping process is intentionally structured to maintain the integrity of our made-to-order model while providing a smooth and transparent experience for every customer.


Shipping Regions

We are pleased to ship to the following locations:

  • United States

At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond these regions. We look forward to expanding our reach as our collections grow.


Order Processing Time

Every Kingdom Mugs product is made-to-order, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order is shipped.

During high-volume periods such as holidays, new launches, or seasonal promotions, processing times may extend by 1–3 additional business days.


Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete, delivery typically takes:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen transit interruptions.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are reflective of current carrier rates, package weight, and delivery distance.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.


Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Kingdom Mugs is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Confirm the delivery address

  3. Contact the carrier to open a claim

We are happy to provide any supporting documentation needed for your carrier’s investigation.

To avoid delivery issues, we recommend sending packages to a secure location whenever possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Orders cannot be modified once placed. Kingdom Mugs is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please review your order carefully before checkout.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation

We will gladly replace damaged items in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
