Because every mug is made-to-order and created specifically for you, we maintain a clear and structured return policy that preserves the integrity of our production process and ensures fairness to all customers.

All Sales Are Final
Because each Kingdom Mugs product is made-to-order and produced exclusively for the customer at the time of purchase, all sales are final once an order has been placed. This model ensures exceptional quality and intentional craftsmanship for every mug, while also protecting the integrity of our production process. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances related to personal preference. This includes incorrect size selection, a change of mind, accidental orders, or minor variations that naturally occur within handmade or print-on-demand production methods due to color or design preferences. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Your satisfaction is deeply important to us, and we want every customer to feel confident in the quality of their purchase. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, Kingdom Mugs will gladly replace the item at no cost to you. To ensure a smooth and timely resolution, please contact us at info@kingdommugs.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In your message, include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will promptly send a replacement. Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged items; only replacements are available, as outlined in our policy.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and our team will ensure the correct item is shipped to you at no cost. You may not be required to return the incorrect item. Our goal is to make this process effortless and to provide swift resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been picked up by the carrier and marked as delivered, Kingdom Mugs can no longer assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing packages. In these situations, customers should contact the carrier directly to open a claim and initiate an investigation. We strongly recommend shipping your order to a secure and reliable location to prevent issues with delivery. While we are unable to replace packages marked as delivered, our team is happy to provide any supporting documentation you may need to assist in the carrier’s claims process.
Shipping Regions
At this time, Kingdom Mugs currently ships to the United States. We are committed to expanding our reach in the future; however, at this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond these regions. Please ensure your shipping address is within our service areas before placing an order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because production begins immediately after an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or adjust orders once they have been submitted. This includes changes to items, quantities, colors, or shipping details. For this reason, we encourage all customers to carefully review their cart, shipping address, and product details before completing checkout. This ensures your order is produced accurately and without delay.
Color & Design Variations
Please note that slight variations in color, print placement, clarity, or finish may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and the nature of made-to-order ceramic production. These subtle variances are expected and are not considered defects. Each mug is uniquely crafted and may have minor distinctions that reflect the natural beauty of the production process.
